Apartamentos Sol Mayor - Madrid

This apartment had amazing price, we had a separate bedroom. Staff was really helpful all around. It was located in a central area right in the heart of Madrid. Everything about our stay was amazing, can recommend.

Great location - very central to everything. Step out and you are right beside the metro and minutes from Plaza Mayor. Apartment was clean and beds comfy.

Apartment looked better in web photos - very dark. Supposed to be for four people but was OK for two. Would have been very squashed with four - seating area more like a corridor.

The place and the view from the window are great!!!! If I come back, I will stay here again for sure!!! The facilities of the apartment are fine, too!!

Convenient Location 📍

Our Christmas stay here was really comfortable! The place was in a great location, just a short walk to the Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel, Puerto Del Sol, and other main attractions. Plus, it was easy to access public transport.

I had to fiind a place to stay for cheap while looking for an apartment in Madrid. The apartment had two rooms and one was bigger than the other. It was decently priced considering the location was right in the center of Madrid and it had pots and pans that we could cook with. The staff Arnold was very friendly and helpful.

The address given was only for the actual apartment. I didnt know until I called the number that the main office was somewhere else. There are no signs in the building to distinguish that it was Apartamentos Sol. The water got cold VERY fast, so 2 second showers is what you had to take. Some of the items left for us to use were a little rusty...but honestly overall it was a very nice apartment to stay in for a week and make it your home away from home. The bathroom was nice and it had ac, wifi, tv a dining table. It was a pleasant stay

We have some problems with the hot water, the electricity and the wi-fi dont work.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very close to the center of the city. It is conveniently located near Sol Square, which offers easy access to various attractions and the metro. the central location makes it easy to explore the city and visit nearby shops, restaurants, and landmarks. the hotel is within walking distance of many amenities, providing convenience for families with small children.

Despite the great location and comfortable rooms, some guests have mentioned inconveniences during the check, in process. It is important for the hotel to improve their check, in procedure to ensure a smooth and hassle, free experience , especially families with small children.

The location is excellent, just walk cross the road and the Puerto Del Sol metro station is there. Right next door is kfc, Macdonalds only around the corner so no need to worry when the children are hungry. Very central with plenty of shops & places to eat. The apartment have 2 air conditioning units which keeps the rooms cool and absolutely essential for a good night sleep! Recommended just for the great location which is hard to beat and good price.

The apartment is abit on the small size for a family of 4 but comfy and adequent. Kitchen facility is very basic & under equipped. There was no kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee so need to boil hot water from a pan for the whole week! If you are after luxury, spacious apartment, look elsewhere and expect to pay more especially in this area.

This place has a perfect location near the main attractions and shops, with friendly staff and modern rooms - I highly recommend it, I enjoyed my stay.

Great central location, walking distance to all attractions and easy access to metro. Spacious apartment with all necessary amenities for a city trip. Comfortable sofa in living room and nice balcony with pleasant view. Excellent value for money, would definitely return. 👍
